12th Congress of the Polish Society of Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons
“The Mayor of Cracow, Aleksander Miszalski, officially inaugurated the 12th Congress of the Polish Society of Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons. This prestigious event brings together leading specialists in cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, and pediatric cardiac surgery, as well as other professionals involved in the surgical treatment of thoracic organ diseases.
The Congress serves as a platform for sharing knowledge, presenting the latest achievements in the field, and fostering collaboration among experts dedicated to advancing patient care and medical innovation.
During the opening of the Congress, honorary memberships of the Polish Society of Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons were conferred upon Professors Christian Pizarro (Wilmington, USA), Gebrine El Khoury (Brussels), and Tadeusz Orłowski (Warsaw).
The inaugural lecture was delivered by Professor Norman Davies.
